Today in the Little Studio, my students discovered the work of Franz Marc.  We  looked at The Large Blue Horses and Yellow Cows and talked about color, line, repeating shapes and abstraction. We ended our session with a children’s book by Eric Carle:  “The Artist Who Painted A Blue Horse”.
